What Is Tracklib and How Does It Work?

Monetization · 2 min read · Updated Sep 3, 2026

Tracklib is a subscription service that gives producers and artists access to a massive catalog of music for legal sampling. By enabling Tracklib for your release, you make your track available in that catalog for other producers to license and sample — giving you an additional way to earn from your music.

How to enable it

When uploading or editing a release, go to the Stores & Monetization section of your release and toggle Tracklib on.

Pricing

  • Paid plan users — Tracklib is included for free; you can toggle it on at no extra cost.
  • Free plan users — Tracklib is available as a paid add-on, charged per track.

Why enable it

Turning Tracklib on gives other producers the ability to legally license and sample your track through Tracklib’s catalog, opening up an additional revenue stream beyond streaming royalties.
