Where Can I View Platform Status?

Where Can I View Platform Status?

You can check the status of your release on each individual streaming platform directly from that release’s details page.

How to check

  1. Go to Distribute in your dashboard.
  2. Open My Catalogue.
  3. Select either My Music Releases or My Video Releases, depending on what you’re checking.
  4. Find the release you want to check and click View.

What you’ll see

On the release details page, you’ll see the status of that release broken down by platform — showing exactly where it’s live, pending, or still processing across each individual store (Spotify, Apple Music, and every other platform it was submitted to).

Why this is useful

Instead of a single overall status for your release, checking here lets you see platform-by-platform progress — so if your release is live on some stores but still processing on others, you’ll know exactly which ones.

Summary: To check the status of your release on individual platforms, go to Distribute → My Catalogue → My Music Releases or My Video Releases, find the release you want to check, and click View. The release details page shows a platform-by-platform breakdown of status, so you can see exactly where your release is live, pending, or still processing across each individual store rather than just an overall status.
