What Is the HyDistro Music Artwork Generator?
It is an AI-powered tool that lets artists generate custom music cover art for a release by selecting a genre, mood, and visual style, optionally adding creative direction text or a reference photo, and generating streaming-ready artwork (3000×3000px). Usage is credit-based. Delivered instantly.
How Credits Work
There are three ways credits enter an account:
- Signup bonus — every new user receives 10 credits, one time only, automatically.
- Subscription plan credits — refreshed on each successful plan payment/renewal (see table below). These are set fresh each cycle, not added on top of leftover credits — unused plan credits from the previous cycle do not roll over.
- Top-up packs — purchased credits that never expire and carry over indefinitely.
When generating artwork, plan credits are used first; once those run out, purchased (top-up) credits are used next.
Generation Cost: Generating artwork typically costs around 2–11 credits per image, depending on what’s included — starting from a base cost for genre, mood, and style, with small increases for adding creative direction text or a reference photo. Generating multiple variations (up to 3) multiplies the cost accordingly.
Regeneration: costs half of the original tier cost, rounded up, with a 1-credit minimum. A user’s first regeneration on an order may be free, but only if no new reference photo is added on that regen.

Do unused credits roll over?
Top-up credits never expire. Subscription plan credits do not roll over — each successful renewal replaces the previous cycle’s plan credits with a fresh allocation, so unused plan credits are lost at renewal.
Do I get credits just for signing up?
Yes — a one-time bonus of 10 credits is granted automatically to new users (Free users also gets this one time credit).
Which credits get used first?
Plan credits are used before purchased (top-up) credits.
Is regenerating an artwork free?
The first regeneration on an order is free, as long as no new reference photo is uploaded for that regen. After that, regeneration costs half the original generation cost (rounded up, minimum 1 credit).
What increases the cost of a generation?
Adding creative direction text (+1 credit) or a reference photo (+8 credits) both increase the base cost. Cost also multiplies by the number of image variations requested.
