How Do Support Tickets Work?
Support tickets let you report an issue and track it through to resolution, with a full record of the conversation in one place.
How to submit a ticket
Go to the Submit Ticket page from your dashboard, describe your issue in detail, and submit it. Include as much relevant detail as possible — what you were doing, what went wrong, and any related release, page, or feature — to help our team resolve it faster.
Once submitted, your ticket is assigned a ticket ID, which you can reference if you need to follow up or mention your issue in another conversation with support.
Tracking your ticket
Once submitted, your ticket appears under My Tickets, where you can see its current status and follow the conversation with support as it progresses.
What happens after submission
Our support team reviews your ticket and responds directly within the ticket itself. You’ll be able to reply back and forth within the same ticket until your issue is resolved, keeping the full history in one place rather than scattered across separate messages.
When to use a ticket vs. live chat
Tickets are best for issues that need investigation, documentation, or back-and-forth over time. For quick questions, live chat is usually faster — see How Does Customer Support Work? for the full breakdown of support channels.
Summary: To report an issue, submit a support ticket from your dashboard with details about what happened. Each ticket is assigned a ticket ID you can reference for follow-up. Your ticket is tracked under My Tickets, where you can follow its status and communicate with support directly within the same ticket until it’s resolved. Tickets are best suited for issues needing investigation or detailed back-and-forth, while live chat is better for quick questions.
